Mathew Nolan

Mathew and his family have lived in and around Toronto for the last four generations. Being a local, means that Mathew has acquired invaluable local market knowledge and his passion for Toronto is unsurpassed. His enthusiasm for Toronto goes far beyond the love of selling property- Mathew loves the Lake Macquarie lifestyle. This is evident as when Mathew isn’t in the office, you will find him out and about on Lake Macquarie, fishing and boating.

Mathew has developed a great reputation in the community, part of this is due to his involvement in the local sporting teams. In his youth, Mathew represented Lake Macquarie in various sports including rugby league. It is from these experiences he has learnt invaluable life lessons and developed strong community ties.

More recently Mathew worked as a FIFO civil construction operator. It was this time away from his family and his beloved Lake Macquarie that has cemented his career change into Real Estate.
