Newcastle’s Media Personality Brett Lavaring was the MC and Mr Hooker Bear showed off  his moves on the dancefloor.

The Cystic Fibrosis ’65 Roses’ ball is the major fundraising effort coordinated by LJ Hooker offices Toronto, Rathmines and Wangi Wangi. The aim is to raise awareness and funds
for Cystic Fibrosis Australia, so support can be given to those living with the condition and through research, to one day find a cure.

The ball is scheduled to be held every two years in Lake Macquarie, giving valuable funds to researching Cystic Fibrosis each year.

Cystic Fibrosis Day is the last Friday in May each year, and is widely publicised throughout the month of May, by Cystic Fibrosis Organisation Australia together with the sale of merchandise through LJ Hooker offices, nationally.

With the success of our Inaugural ball in May 2010, held at Toronto Workers Club, we are now planning our next black tie ball.

For our second Cystic Fibrosis ’65 Roses’ ball in Lake Macquarie we propose to transform the ball venue to a unique location. With this new venue, brings new challenges and opportunities.

This event creates new opportunities for local businesses and if any business is interested in  sponsoring the event, please contact us marketing.toronto@ljh.com.au
